Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival:   forfeit 15% of deposit.

  • Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival:   forfeit full deposit.

  • Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, on arrival, during a stay, or no show: forfeit total booking amount.

The waiver of the above cancellation policy will be at management’s discretion, based on the ability to re-let the reserved accommodation.

Minimum stay

A minimum stay of 2 to 7 days is applicable during school holidays, public holidays and long weekends. Please inquire per email for shorter stays.


We welcome children of all ages. However, we do have an unfenced pool on the property and it is the responsibility of the parent to supervise children at all times as we will not be liable for any claims as per our terms and conditions.


This is a non-smoking establishment, no smoking in rooms, smoking outdoors only.


We love animals, however we have our own dogs on the premises, small pets can be accommodated with prior arrangement - please refer to our pet friendly page.

Terms and Conditions / Liability Waiver

The management shall not be liable for, and the Guest waives/abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage against the management, whether arising from the management's default, negligence or otherwise. 

Any damages or loss caused by guests will be charged for and if necessary recovered by withholding luggage until full compensation has been made.

The guest is responsible for the condition of the room and its entire contents during the accommodation period, fair wear and tear excepted. Excessive cleaning on check out to be paid by the guest.

Towels are replaced every second day and bedding every three to four day. Towels / bedding are not to be used outside the room. Pool towels provided on request.

Management reserves the right to evict any persons or groups who break the above rules without refund or compensation. No non-paying visitors on premises. Right of admission reserved.
